Mobile and desktop app installation

Apart from using the web version of FlowFast you can install our PWA to your device.

What is PWA?

A progressive web app (PWA) is a technology in web development that visually and functionally transforms a website into an app (a mobile app in a browser).

The limitations of PWA

• No possibility to set PUSH-notifications (accordingly you can't receive notifications this way)

• There is no way to open links (from email, browser, etc.) to FlowFast cards in the app automatically

We recommend you to use Telegram-bot as a channel for receiving notifications from FlowFast (you can reply to messages from our bot, the answers will be added to the comments in the cards).

Where can PWA be installed?

• On your computer

• On your cell phone

Computer installation

1. Go to your company account through Chrome browser

2. Click the installation sign on the right in the address bar

3. Press "Install" button in the appeared dialog box

4. Wait till the application is installed

5. Done. You'll be able to find it next to other apps

It is important to note that the application is installed from a company account. I.e. for 

company1.flowfast.io and company2.flowfast.io there will be two different applications.

Installation on Android

1. Open the site of your account in your Chrome browser

It looks like this: https://company.flowfast.io, where instead of company is your domain.

2. An offer to install the application will appear at the bottom:

3. If the prompt to install FlowFast doesn't appear at the bottom, then open your browser's context menu and select Install App:

Installation on iOS (iPhone, iPad)

1. Open your account's website in the Safari browser

It looks like this: https://company.flowfast.io, where instead of company is your domain.

2. Click on the Share icon

3. From the menu, select Add to Home Screen.

4. In the window that opens, click Add.
