"Documents" is FlowFast's module for creating, storing and co-editing documents.
Create and edit documents together with other team members.
Collect documents into folders and adjust access levels.
Store internal documents and work instructions in one place.
Publish documents to external users.
Storing work documents. Keep job descriptions, application templates and other essential work resources at the fingertips of your employees.
Notes. Record work ideas in FlowFast documents. With different accessibility settings, no one can see them but you.
Knowledge base. The Documents section is enough to organize a fully-fledged knowledge base of your company.

You don't need to enable anything, this module is available for free on all tariffs.
The module is available to all company members, except for guest users.
To enter the section click on "Documents" in the left popup menu:
Creation and editing of documents:

Editing text
Headings, quotations, lists, links – the "Documents" module offers all the familiar text editing tools.
Uploading images and videos
You can insert any images to your document. To do it, click on the purple plus button and select the necessary item from the drop-down menu. You can also drag and drop the image or copy-paste it.
You can change the size of images in your document. To do this, click the three dots next to the image and select the appropriate size.
Videos from video hosting sites are displayed as previews. They can be viewed directly in the document without clicking on links.
The size of the video window can also be adjusted by pressing the three buttons.

If you want a document from Google Docs to be viewed directly in your documents in FlowFast, insert it as a preview. To do so, click on the purple plus button and select the desired item from the drop down menu.

Creating and editing tables
To create a table, click on the purple plus button and select "Table" from the drop-down menu.
You can also simply copy and paste the table from another source:

To change the width of the columns, place the cursor on a column boundary, click and drag to the right or left.
To add or remove table items, click in a cell, click the three dot button and select the desired menu item.
Inserting Code block
You can insert code blocks into your document and select the syntax for the desired programming language.
To do so, click the purple plus button and select "Code block" from the drop-down menu.
The block will be visually distinguished from the rest of the text, and important elements will be highlighted in color:
Attaching files
You can add both the file itself and a link to a third-party service where it is stored in your document.
To add files to your document select the File menu item, or simply drag and drop the files into your document. Our editor understands the 'copy -> paste' action, so you can copy and paste multiple files into your document.
Highlighting important text with the "Alert "block
You can visualize parts of your document with a coloured background and an eye-catching icon, so no one misses the important information.
There is a total of 4 alert styles available. You can select the desired one via the context menu.
