Administrative section "Activity logs"

In this administrative section you can:

  • track important events that have taken place in your company;

  • see when and by whom they were made;

  • restore deleted boards, lanes and cards.

The section is located in the left panel "Administration".

Access rights to this administrative section

By default, only the company account owner has access to the section. You can grant access to this section to other team members in the "Members" section.

Be careful when granting access rights to this section! This will allow the user to recover deleted cards, lanes and boards regardless of access to them.

Viewing actions

In the log table you will see:

  • events that have occurred to the card, board, lane, space or user;

  • object title;

  • object location/path;

  • date of event;

  • author of the action.

For convenience, you can filter events by action, author and dates. Or you can search for the desired card by ID or URL.

Restoring a board

To restore the board, click on the restore icon in the corresponding row. The board is restored to the space where it was at the time of the deletion.

Recovering a board from a deleted space

When attempting to restore a board from a deleted space, you will be prompted to position the board in one of the existing spaces or create a new space.

Recovering a lane

You can restore a deleted lane along with all the cards that were not moved from it before it was deleted. To do this, click on the restore icon in the corresponding row. 

If the board where the lane is located is no longer available, you are prompted to restore the board first, after it the lane is restored to the board automatically.

Restoring a card

To restore a card, click the restore icon on the corresponding row. 

If the path where the card was located at the time of deletion exists, the card will be restored to its former location.

If the former location is no longer available (board/column/lane removed), you will be prompted to select a new location to restore the card:
