Service Desk Telegram bot - installation instruction

  • Enter «BotFather» channel in Telegram and input «/newbot» command

  • Enter a name for your bot and copy your key

  • In Kaiten in «Service Desk» administrative section enter received key

  • In Telegram in «BotFather» channel enter «/setinline» and choose your bot

  • In input enter «Search requests» and submit it

  • Enter command «/setinlinefeedback», choose your bot and push «Enabled» button


Now your users can find your bot in Telegram and authorize in it. After authorization they will be able to add new requests, view current requests, add comments, receive notifications about new comments and changes in the status of requests.
