How to delete/deactivate users

  1. Go to Menu → Members. Click on the line with the name of the user you want to deactivate.

  2. In the window that opens, click on "Deactivate".

  1. In the next window, decide to whom the cards and this user's spaces will be transferred to. Tick the checkboxes for "Remove from all groups" and "Remove from all spaces and cards".

  2. Click "Yes, deactivate".

If the user has started public documents in the "Documents" module, it is important to check that the user has transferred administrative access in these documents before deactivating.

If the user is deactivated - the license is not activated and is free to add a new user.

You cannot remove a user completely from FlowFast - such a button does not exist.

A user can be automatically deactivated by the system in the following cases:

  • If the user has not used the invitation. The invitation is active for 7 days after it was sent.

  • If you have a subscription with a limited number of users and you invite users beyond the number of paid licenses. In this case you can buy the required number of licenses or deactivate inactive users, if any.
