There is a powerful Filters tool in FlowFast that can help find necessary data on a space in a flash.
For instance:
find out how many cars were created the day before;
see which cards where not finished by a certain team member who is OOO (on a vacay or a sick leave);
find all the cards of a particular owner ;
quickly find all the cards that are connected with a certain type of work;
and lots of other data!
In order to activate a filter, you need to click on the «Filters» button in the top panel.
Choose one or several parameters to filter your cards.
You can filter cards by several criteria at once. We call this a filter group.
Filters in a group can be linked by the «AND» or «OR» conditions.
The «AND» condition means that all filters in the group must be applied.
The «OR» condition means that at least one filter must be applied.
Here are some examples:
Filter group «Owner is Luisa» OR «Member is Luisa» means that we are searching for the cards where Luisa can be either the owner or a member.
Filter group «Member is Luisa» AND «Owner is Luisa» means that we are searching for the cards where Luisa is the owner and the member of a card simultaneously. Thus, the results we get applying this filter group will differ from those of the filter group in the example above with the «OR» condition.
There can be an unlimited number of filter groups.
So, you can create a very precise filter with a variety of conditions.
Filter groups can be connected with each other by the «AND» or «OR» conditions.. It means either all filter groups should be applied or at least one of them.
You can save the filter you created in order not to recreate it once again next time you need it.
You can find the saved filters sets when you click «Filters».
Filters connected with dates can be set in a variety of ways in relation to the current date.
It can help you answer such questions as: «How many tasks have been accomplished for the last 7 days?», «How many task did we take up yesterday?», «In which cards the deadline expires next week?»
You can use these settings for the following filters::
Completed at;
Created at;
Last moved;
Updated at;
Progress started at;
Planned start;
planned end;
Due date.
Here are some examples:

To answer the question «In which cards the deadline expires next week?», choose «Due date» filter → «Before and set the date».
