How to import data from .xlsx to "Catalog" property
In FlowFast you can create custom properties in the cards. They help to display the most important characteristics of your tasks.
One of them is "Catalog". This field allows you to use FlowFast as a CRM - customer relationship management system.
Catalog is a list of records, e.g. for recording data about customers, products, services. Data detalization is achieved by specifying any text fields for the catalog.
The values can be reflected on the card front, you can filter cards by this property. It's possible to set colour which will be used for all the values.
If you have a large amount of data, you can import it to the "Catalog" from .xls files in the Administration section "Custom properties" (you must have access to this section).
Create a custom property with type "Catalog", fill in the required data (name, options, fields, colour marking).
Go to the Items tab, click the import areas and select the required .xls file or drag and drop it to this area.
Next, configure the fields. If there is unnecessary information in the file, you can choose not to import the data, just uncheck those boxes. When you have finished configuring, click Import.
You can see that the information will appear in the Items section:
