What is Administration in FlowFast
Administration is the main control panel for the account and the spaces it contains.
The section is located on the left-side panel.
By default, this section is available to the account owner.
The account owner can also grant access to different administrative sections to other users in the "Members" section or in the "Company Settings" one. Learn more about this later.
The account owner and administrators with a certain level of access to the "Members" and "Company settings" sections can control other users' access rights to different administrative sections.

Not all the administrative sections are available in the FlowFast mobile app.
In the mobile version there are:
Card types;
Tags;
User roles;
Custom properties;

To access the other sections, use the full version of the service.
How a space admin differs from a user with access rights to administrative sections
In FlowFast, each user can have different access rights to both the administrative sections and the spaces they are added to.
Let's look at each option in order:
The account owner is the one who has registered the company in FlowFast. They have access to all the administrative sections, invite users, choose user roles and grant them administrative rights.
Invited users are all those who have been invited to your account.
Invited users can have several roles on the spaces to which they are added: Space admin, Space writer, Space commentator, Guest user.
The space admin is the user role that provides access to all operations on a particular space. Space admin can perform all actions on boards, columns, lanes, cards, including deleting them. They can also appoint other users as administrators of that space.
Space admin rights are linked to specific spaces. The same user can have different roles in different spaces. This means that on one space they can be the administrator, but on another only the writer.
Access rights to administrative sections are access to the sections in the Administration tab, as well as the "Timesheets" and "Service desk" sections.
The access rights to the administrative sections are NOT granted to all space administrators by default. They can only be granted by the account owner or by users who already have access to the "Members" administrative section.
