The Automation: new actions, conditions, trigger

New actions

With the "Set due date" action, you can automatically set the card deadline: for a specified number of days after the event or for an exact date. The standard due date settings are available: "Set time", "Do it ASAP" and "Expires later".

It is also now possible to automatically mark all checklist items in the card:

Improved actions with responsible

In the "Make responsible" action, you can now select options for assigning a random user:

Using placeholders to create a child card

To set the name of a child card, you can now use a handy placeholder mechanism: select fields for auto-substitution and add your own text:

Changing the card state as a trigger and new conditions

Assign a responsible person, add a field or other available actions can now be performed when the card status changes. To do this, select the event "Card state is changed", whereby you can specify the new card state in the condition.

Also for all events the condition by card status is now available.

Additional options in the condition by author of the action

When setting a condition on the author of the action, you can now set roles and user groups, as well as the sign of access to the company:

Renaming an automation

When you create an automation, its name is automatically formed based on the settings. Now you can set your own name in the automation form. To return to the automatic naming, press the "Reset" button.

You can also change the name of an automation by selecting the "Rename" command in the context menu of the list of automations.
