Now your Service desk clients can manage users within Organizations via Service desk portal even without access to the spaces in FlowFast. They can change the access rights of users or delete them from Organizations.
Organizations are groups of users-requestors who can see and comment on each other's requests apart from their own ones.
This option allows to manage requestors' access rights to support tickets more conveniently.
The requestor who is allowed to manage members of organization can decide on their own who can or cannot see their requests. They don't need access to FlowFast spaces or any help from colleagues.
For example, you have got an organization consisting of 5 users, who can see each other's requests on the Customer portal. Now there is some confidential information in the requests and two out of five users shouldn't have access to it. Then the requestor with the user management rights can exclude extra users from the organization on the portal.
In order a user could manage Organizations via Customer portal you need to grant them the needed access rights. For it:
1. Go to the Organizations sections in Service desk, pick up the needed organization and click on the "Members" icon:
2. Choose the required user and click on the up arrows icon,– Allow users to be managed.
Done!
Now the user can go to his personal profile in the Customer portal, go to the Organizations section, open the needed organization and manage its users – exclude them or grant/lower access rights.
