How to add/invite members in FlowFast

Adding new users

When creating a space, the creator becomes its administrator. He can invite other colleagues to join the company space, if he has appropriate rights.

Method 1: Via the user panel on the space

Click on the icon with humans on the sidebar on the right

You will see the avatars of users who already have access to the space. If you need to add a member, click on the icon with a plus.


In the window that appears you can invite members who already have access to the account, groups of users or send an invitation to a new user.


Method 2:
Via administrative section "Members"

Go to Menu (three bars at the top left) → Administration → Members

In the window that opens, go to the "Invites" tab. There you can send an invitation to a new user.

Important - the link in the invitation for a new user is active for 7 days after it was sent. If the user does not accept the invitation, they will be automatically deactivated.

Peculiarities of adding new users on different tariffs

If you are on a prepaid tariff, which means that the number you can invite is limited (it's equal to the number of licenses you purchased) you can invite other users as long as you have available licenses.

If you have a postpaid plan for the actual number of activated users, you can invite an unlimited number of new members.

With a free plan you have no limit on the number of users you can invite.

How to add guest users

In FlowFast you can invite guests to your spaces. Guest users can browse the boards and leave comments in the cards, but do not require payment.

You can invite guests directly from a space or from the "Members" administrative section.

Adding guest users from a space

Click the people icon in the top right corner → click the plus icon → in the window that opens select the "Send invite" tab → enter the email of the person you want to invite and check the "Invite as guest user" box → click "Send".

Open the administration menu → "Members". 

Select the "Invites" tab.


Enter the email of the person you wish to invite. Remember to check the box next to "Invite as guest user". Select the space to which you are inviting the guest and click "Send".
