Common (default) card properties

FlowFast has card properties that are available by default:

• Description - text

• Business value - text

• Due date - date, time

• ASAP - yes / no

• Size - text

• Type - catalog

• Tags - catalog with multiple selectable values

• Links - list of two values: description and links

• Files - list of links to files uploaded to FlowFast or from cloud storages

• Checklists - a list of text items that can be marked as done, there can be multiple checklists in a card

• Acceptance criteria - similar to checklists, only when creating the property is titled "Acceptance criteria". The name can be changed if necessary.

In addition to these fields, you can also create your own custom properties.

Why are some properties suggested and others not?

You may have noticed that when you open some of the cards, you do not need to click the plus sign to give a value to some of the properties. FlowFast itself analizes the frequency of use of the card properties on the board where the card is located and suggests them to be filled in itself.

So, if you use a property frequently, you will no longer need to select it via a Plus button.
