In the Documents module, you can build a hierarchy of folders and documents:
You can:
Create folders;
Create documents and other folders within folders;
Give or deny access to folders and all content within them;
Move documents from one folder to another.

Navigation within documents and files can be performed both in the main space and in the root of the module (in the left panel).
Moving documents and folders
In order to move a folder or a document, hold down the left mouse bottom on the name of the folder and drag it to the necessary location:
Important! When you move materials from one folder to another, their access level may also change. Note that the access level of a folder is prioritized.
Let's explain using an example:
If you created a document and didn't invite other users to it, and then placed it in a folder with access rights for all employees, your document will automatically become available to all employees, too.
Sorting at the root of the module
The sorting of folders and documents in the module root (in the left pane) is alphabetical oriented. Inside the folders you can rearrange the documents, provided you have administrative rights to the folder.
If you want to sort folders in a non-alphabetical order, you can add numbering to the folder name. The folders will then be automatically sorted in numerical order.
