Full, compact and personal views on a space
You can customize the convenient display of cards on the space:
choose a compact or full space view - that is, show card fields on the frontend or not;
Create unique views of spaces and share your customizations with other users of your company (available to account users on paid plans).
Customizable space card views
Custom card view allows you to optimally organize your workspace, increase the informative of the display of tasks on the boards, unload visual space from redundant and unimportant information, and focus on the actual and important data.
Full and compact view of cards on the space
To choose how cards are displayed in the space, click the "cards" button in the upper right corner of the screen:
A pop-up menu will open in front of you, where you can select one of the preset views:
This is what the full view looks like - the front of the cards shows participants, custom properties, deadlines, tags, links and attachments, connections, checklists, size, and information about blocking and unfilled mandatory fields. That is, detailed information about the contents of the cards:
This is what the compact view looks like - the façade shows only the card names, members, due dates, and information about blocking and unfilled mandatory fields. This view will help make the space less cluttered:
In the mobile app, you can also switch between compact and full views to display cards on the space in two clicks:
Custom views: how to create your own space view
To create a new card display view on a space, click on the "cards" button in the upper right corner of the screen:
And then click the "Create view" button.
A form will open in front of you with the required elements (locks, warnings, name, and card type) added by default, with no option to remove them.
Next, fill in the "Title view" field and select from the list the fields that will be displayed on your cards. All of the custom properties that are designed to appear on the card facade are available for selection.
You can specify the order in which fields will be displayed on the card facade. To do this, place the fields in the desired order in the settings. You can move fields on the list either by using the menu items that appear when hovering over the field, or by dragging the field by the "=" icon.
The right side of the form displays a preview of the card corresponding to the generated view.
Also in the space view settings you can select additional parameters:
Make the view available to other users - the view can be applied to their space by other users of your company, but not edited.
Show custom property labels- The card will display the names of the custom properties before their value.
Show one-line cards in full or compact view - applies to display cards in list form (Column format - list).
