It's a detailed report on meeting the deadlines in cards and checklist items.
With the help of the "Due dates" report you you can see what tasks are finished on time and what are overdue, who is responsible for the task, and learn about total progress on tasks where the due date is set.
The report includes the cards and checklist items where the due date is set.
You can switch between the report on cards and checklists due dates at the top of the screen. The reports themselves are identical.
The report consists of diagrams and a grid with the information on cards and checklist items with the due date.
The first diagram shows:
The amount of tasks completed on time during the set period. (the cards that have been moved to the "Done" column type before the expiration);
The amount of time that were done but not on time (the cards that were moved to the "Done" column type after the due date);
The amount of cards that were not completed on time (they are still being worked on);
The amount of cards waiting for completion (the cards that are in a queue).
The second diagram shows the distribution of cards or checklist items with due dates among responsible members.
The third diagram shows the progress on cards or checklist items. That is it shows the location – Done, In progress or Queued.
You can click on each segment of a diagram to find out more information on the cards or checklist items. When you click you can see the list of cards or checklist items with more details and links.
Below the diagrams you can see a grid with the detailed description of the cards or checklist items.
By default the items are sorted by the due dates in ascending order.
There are filters in the right hand panel. Here you can:
Choose the boards which cards and checklists you want to include in the report;
Set the completing period for cards and checklist items;
Filter cards o items by responsible, card type or a tag;
Set the exact due date you want to create the report on.
