Service desk: evaluation of the work on the request in Telegram

Now requesters can evaluate the work of the support representative right within Telegram-bot. The rating left by the author of the request will be reflected in the card in FlowFast.

It can help users conveniently give feedback, and allow you to learn how effectively the support team works.

How to leave a mark?

If the support request was created via Telegram-bot, when the task is finished the user will get a notification that the request is done. Below there will be a button to evaluate the work on the request. The user needs to choose one of the available rating options.

In order users could evaluate the work on their requests you need to add the voting custom property to the requests.

What requests can be evaluated?

It's possible to leave a mark for the requests:

  • have the "done" status;

  • are active or archived.

Who can evaluate the work on the request?

Only the author (owner) can leave a mark.

Is it possible to change the rating left?

Yes, you can change rating by clicking the evaluation button again.
