Service Desk: changing the service from the card and editing fields in the table with requests

You can now attach a request to a different service right within the card and set the feilds that are reflected in the table with all the requests.

Changing the service from the card

If the requestor accidentally chose the wrong service for their request you can easily attach the card to the needed service right within the card.

  1. Click the three dots in the request-card and choose the "Change service" option;

  2. In the window that opens pick up the right service you want to tie the request to.

You can see the list of all the requests you get in the "Requests" section of the "Service desk" add-on.

We've now added the option to add or remove the fields reflected in the table with the requests, so that you could see all the important data about them in one place and download this information if needed.

This section now works exactly like the Grid mode of a space.

To add or remove fiields in the table with the requests:

  1. Open the "Requests" section;

  2. Click «Fields settings» and tick/untick the desired fields.
