Archive
In any space, you can go to the Archive and see a list of all the cards that have been archived on the boards in that space.
Why use the Archive
Archive is worth using so that you don't take up room in a space with completed or irrelevant cards.
All the information on archived cards is preserved - at any time you can open a card that was executed and archived a long time ago and retrieve the data you need.
How to work with the archive
To open the Archive of a space, click the appropriate icon on the top panel:
All archived cards remain on the same boards in which they were archived. The name of the board where the card was located is displayed in the Board field.
When removing a board from a space, FlowFast specifies where to move the archived cards, as they will be deleted along with the board.
When you place the existing board on another space - the archived cards become available on the new space.
If you want to move the archived cards to another space - just move the board where the cards were archived to that space.
Unarchiving a card
You can return a card from the archive back to the space:
Go to Archive and click on the name of the card you want.
At the top right, click on the arrow button.
The card will appear on the same board from which it was archived.
Searching for cards in the archive
You can use Filters in the archive to easily search for cards.
Report
You can download a report in .xlsx format on the archived cards. Just go to the Archive and click the "Download" button on the top right.
